WINNING COMBINATION
This apartment ticked so many boxes - A great view of the park, amazing light, and good square footage. What it was missing was personality AND a much better layout. We added an en-suite bath for the primary bedroom, reconfigured the awkward layout, and decorated for this young couple with a toddler. For their Object Memory element, they had shown me some colorful art that they loved, so the space was infused with areas of playful, saturated color, while keeping it uncluttered and child friendly.
